At LCFS, we are committed to supporting children and families through our Home-based Therapeutic Program, designed to provide essential services directly in the home environment. Our goal is to strengthen families, enhance stability, and promote long-term well-being by delivering comprehensive, individualized support where it is needed most.

We offer a wide range of services, including:

• Case Management Services – Helping families navigate resources and build strong support networks.
• Life Skills Training – Equipping individuals with the skills necessary for independence and success.
• Family Preservation Services – Providing interventions to strengthen family bonds and prevent out-of-home placement.
• Individual & Family Therapy – Addressing emotional and behavioral challenges through evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• 24/7 Crisis Intervention & Advocacy – Ensuring immediate support and guidance during times of crisis.

Our program serves families involved with the Department of Child Services (DCS) and Juvenile Probation, with the overarching mission of maintaining children safely in their homes (or foster placements) or facilitating successful family reunification.
