Sven Schumacher, LCSW, MSW, MPA is the LCFS Executive Director and also serves as the CEO of the Foundation for Lutheran Child and Family Services.

Jessica Monk, Director of Operations
Jessica Monk holds an MSE and is responsible for strategic initiatives, managing new and existing programs, grant management for programs, and data collection for client services tracking.

Mark Gaddis, Facilities Director
Mark Gaddis manages all facility repairs and maintenance needs for the LCFS main campus and the Sharing Place Food Pantry.

Kathy Witto, Spiritual Life Leader
Kathy Witto coordinates the LCFS SEED (Spiritual Engagement, Education, & Development) program for LCFS and works one-on-one with Lutherwood residents to help guide them as they discern their spiritual journey. Kathy offers weekly chapel and Bible study opportunities for all residents that are interested in participating.
